Production Timeline

The production time for the watercolor artworks varies for each client. Some brides may have a faster process due to decisive and clear choices, while others may require a longer period due to revisions and indecision. Therefore, deadlines are flexible and adapted to each situation.

Scheduling and Slot Review

To ensure service quality and availability, scheduling should be done in advance. Each slot in the schedule will be reviewed individually to maintain an efficient production flow.

Payment

Payment must be made in two installments:

• 50% of the total amount after the first meeting, before starting the artwork.

• 50% remaining after the final approval of the artwork.

File Delivery

• The final high-resolution artworks will be delivered only after receiving the remaining 50% payment.

• The files will be sent in the pre-agreed digital format.

Revisions and Approval

• The number of revisions allowed follows the selected package.

• If the revision limit is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged.

• The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the artwork before the final delivery.

• By hiring the service, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that scheduling and payments must be respected to ensure the best possible experience.

Intellectual Property

• All artworks, designs, and content created by me are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of my studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The client is granted permission to use the artwork exclusively for the agreed purposes (e.g., invitations, menus, event branding).

• The reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the artworks for other purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.o.
