My 5-Step Process When Working With my clients
1- Initial Meeting
We start with a Google Meet call to talk about your project. At this stage, you’ll bring your ideas and references, and we’ll discuss the direction together. The project officially begins after a 50% upfront payment. During this call, we also set the delivery timeline.
2- Art Development
I begin creating your custom illustrations. Throughout this phase, we stay in touch via WhatsApp for any questions, feedback, or to share sketch previews.
3- Partial Delivery
We’ll have a second Google Meet session where I present and deliver the artwork. At this point, we either wrap things up or make small adjustments to ensure everything meets your expectations.
4- Final Approval & Payment
Once the illustrations are approved and any edits are completed, the remaining 50% payment is made.
5- Final Delivery
I will send you the final arts in high-resolution files.
Important Note
I work exclusively with digital illustrations and do not offer printing services.
